Anxiety

Anxiety can take over your life.  Living in a state of anxiety can make peace seem impossible. Anxiety can make even the most normal day seem impossible.  If you feel like you have more anxiety than peace and presence, there are tools and practices that can help you.  By simply learning techniques to help you live in the moment and focus mindfully on the present, we can shift the overwhelming feeling of anxiety crashing our world around us. There are of course stressors that will remain out of our control, but knowing you are not alone and that you can still achieve peace even in chaos gives us hope.
